The County Council made the above mentioned Order on 14 November 2018 and a notice will be appearing in the Braintree & Witham Times on 29 November 2018, accordingly, I enclose a copy of the Made Order, and the Notice of Making the Order for you to hold as a deposit copy should members of the public wish to view the documents
The consultation period is due to end on 27 December 2018, after this date you may deal with the paperwork as you see appropriate, I do not require the documentation to be returned.
